Cigna covers telehealth mental health services as an in‑network benefit. You can attend sessions from anywhere in Illinois.
Verification:
Provide your Cigna ID and group number. We’ll verify coverage and obtain any necessary authorization.
Claims handling:
We bill Cigna/Evernorth directly and you pay your portion after claims are processed.
