Transition to Insurance
After EAP sessions are used, we can bill your primary insurance if Palo Wellness is in network.
Many Headspace EAP plans cover 3-8 sessions at no cost to the employee. After EAP benefits are exhausted, coverage may transition to your primary health plan with copays around $20-35.
Headspace Health partners with employers to provide employee‑assistance programs (EAP) that include a limited number of counseling sessions. Palo Wellness is an approved provider for Headspace’s Care and EAP networks.
