How Medicaid Therapy Works at Palo Wellness
In most cases there is no copay for Medicaid‑covered behavioral health services in Illinois. Some MCO plans may charge a nominal copay (typically $0-5). There are no deductibles.

Who is Covered?
We accept Illinois Medicaid plans administered through HealthChoice Illinois and certain Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) such as Meridian, Molina, and IlliniCare. Medicaid provides mental health coverage at little‑to‑no cost for eligible adults and children.
